Norbert Aubuchon is the founder of Aubuchon Associates, a Pennsylvania-based consulting firm, and the creator of The Anatomy of Persuasion®. Since 1983, approximately 20,000 people have been through the seminar.
Norbert's experience at DuPont also included personnel development, training and product management; and he is a published writer. In addition to his book, The Anatomy of Persuasion, which was rated by Soundview Executive Book Summaries as one of the 30 best books published in 1997, his work has appeared in The Wall Street Journal, Popular Science, American Legion magazine, and Catholic Digest.
He was also a contributing editor for Flying Magazine.

Norbert Aubuchon:: After a career with the DuPont Company, which included sales, advertising and new-product development and marketing, Norbert saw a need to help executives develop the ability to persuade and motivate others. The result was The Anatomy of Persuasion® seminar, which more than 20,000 people have attended since 1983. His book, The Anatomy of Persuasion, based on the seminar, was published by the American Management Association and was rated one of the top 30 business books of the year by Soundview Executive Book Summaries. It now appears in five languages.
Wendy Pannier: A long career as a corporate communications expert has included experience as a writer, editor, trainer and business consultant. Her work has focused on enhancing the effectiveness of corporate publications and public relations, improving the writing skills of highly trained technical people, and moving ideas through organizations from conception to acceptance and profitable use. She has worked extensively in the financial and pharmaceutical industries, among others. Wendy became a partner in Aubuchon and Associates in 1997.
Ian Hemming: Starting with textile manufacturing experience, Ian had a long career in sales and sales management. His customers ranged from relatively small businesses to some of the largest corporations worldwide. During this period he managed and motivated many people assigned to sales and marketing tasks. Ian’s analytical mind cuts quickly to the basic issues to do with human behavior both in and out of the corporate scene. Therefore his consultative work with Aubuchon & Associates has been invaluable. He has made many improving contributions to enhance the training results delivered to many seminar participants.
Paul Donehue: Paul Donehue has made a life's study out of working with and motivating people. His extensive background in sales and management has provided the perfect vehicle for him to interact with and observe the behavior of professionals in all fields, and to see first-hand how many have been able to achieve and surpass their goals. Now president of Paul Charles & Associates, has been a Sales Representative, Sales Manager, and a VP of Sales; he is a member of the National Writer's Union, The NH Writer's Project, and is an adjunct faculty member at several New England colleges.
